KTortas is located in Salisbury, NC.

We ship orders every week on Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:00 PM. This means that if you place an order on a Wednesday before 4:00 PM, we will ship your order on the same day.

Once an order is shipped, it can take between 5-7 business days to be delivered by the shipping company.

Currently, local pickup is not available. However, customers are welcome to visit our store in Salisbury, North Carolina from Tuesday to Saturday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

No, at this time we do not offer local delivery.

To ensure efficient operations and sufficient resources for our orders, we require a minimum cookie order of 4 units. This allows us to maximize efficiency and guarantee quality in our products, considering the significant investment and time involved in their elaboration.

Our cookies are freshly baked when you pick them up, ensuring maximum freshness.

We make every effort to prevent cross contamination at KTortas. However, our equipment and utensils are shared when baking our wide range of products.

It is important to note that in our production area, we handle wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy. As a result, we cannot ensure an allergen-free environment.

Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 1 week. To consume them warm and with that soft consistency in the center, you can give them a touch of heat in the microwave, outside the package, for 10 seconds, although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 350F-180C for 5-8 minutes.

If you wish to store them for later consumption, we recommend freezing them in the same package well sealed and additionally in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a preheated oven at 350F-180C (out of the package) for 8-10 minutes or until the heat has reached the center of the cookie.

All our products are made with high quality ingredients, without preservatives and are fresh.

Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, salt.
